Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing by the Bessemer City Council on December 7, 2017, at 6:00 pm, at the Bessemer Citdy Hall, 411 S. Sophie Street, Bessemer, Michigan, 49911, to consider the repeal of the following ordinances:
- Ordinance No 356: Police Power Ordinance. An Ordinance to Authorize and Regulate the Establishment of Medical Marijuana Facilities
- Ordinance No 357: Zoning Amendments Ordinance. An Ordinance to Repeal Section 9..11(U) of the zoning ordinance and enact allowance of medical marijuana facilities pursuant to the Medical Marihuana Facilities Licensing Act, MCL 333.27101 et seq.
Persons interested are requested to be present. Written comments are also welcome at the address above. Individuals with disabilities who require auxiliary aids or services should contact the Clerk’s Office at least 5 days before the hearing.
